Sports Therapy & Rehabilitation is not just for athletes. We treat many patients with back or neck pain, nerve pain, arthritis, muscle, ligament, or tendon injuries. We support patients who are trying to keep fit for work, manage activities of daily living, or maintaining more longer term issues. We are passionate about assisting patients in their recovery and helping them improve and maintain healthy lifestyle changes. We focus on helping patients understand the cause of their discomfort and how to best rehabilitate and prevent recurrences.
