COVID Clinic Practice Policy

Client Screening

You will be asked some questions about your condition and medical history and you will be screened for COVID symptoms/flu over the past 14 days.

· You must cancel your appointment with as much notice as possible & do not attend clinic if you develop any of the following symptoms:

  • Coughs

  • Fever or high temperature (37.9 degrees or above)

  • Any flu or cold like symptoms

  • Loss of smell or taste

  • Sore throat

  • New or unexplained fatigue or headache

  • Upset stomach

  • Video consultation can be offered to any clients that prefer this option.

 Infection Control Measures for face to face appointments

  • Clinic areas, plinths, pillows, hard surfaces & touch points are cleaned thoroughly between each patient.

  • Disposable spatulas will be used for waxes and pumps for oil will be sanitised or disposed of between each use.

  • You will be asked to arrive in suitable clothing ready for your session. Treatment can take place over clothing or females can change into one of the gowns provided.

  • Alcohol hand sanitiser, soap, paper towels will be provided.

  • Tissues are provided. ALL coughs/sneezes must be caught in tissues, placed straight in the bin, and hands washed please.

Your Appointment

  • Under 16’s must attend with a parent or guardian.

  • Please remove any external gloves. Please wash or sanitise your hands on arrival to the clinic.

  • Face masks are personal preference.
