Pre-booked classes continue in Gloucestershire on Mondays 6-7:15pm

This policy remains in place for in-person yoga sessions:

Please do not attend the face to face sessions if you feel at all unwell or have any cold or illness symptoms including:

  • Head cold (runny/blocked nose etc) even if mild

  • Sore throat

  • New Headache

  • New coughs

  • Loss of smell or taste

  • New onset of fatigue

  • Stomach upset

  • When returning to the hall after covid-you will either need to wait 14 days, or if you are testing, after day 5 has passed please wait until you have 2 consecutive daily negative tests. Your 2nd missed class may need to be online-please speak to Chloe if you are unsure.

Please give as much notice as possible if you can’t make face to face sessions. If we are able to fill the slot in time you will be credited or can swap to an online session to catch up at a later date.

  • Please respect everyone’s space

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before class.

  • Where possible please bring your own mat and props. If you would like to purchase mats, blocks, blankets, or mat towels please speak to Chloe.

Cleansing Hands

  • Please use the sanitiser provided on entry to the hall.

  • Please ensure you clean your hands after catching coughs or sneezes. Please catch coughs & sneezes in a tissue or sleeve.

  • You are welcome to use the toilet areas.

Booking Policies

  • Classes usually run as 6 week courses starting from specific term dates.

  • You will need to pre-book studio classes. Regular participants receive first choice on renewing their passes at the end of each term.

  • The courses are non-refundable and cannot be refunded, unfortunately regardless of the reason, however if you are unable to make a class within the course and enough notice is given and your slot is successfully filled then you can be credited for that session or swap to an online session.

Other Information

  • When you arrive for class please switch off your mobile phone.

  • Please only bring in what you need to and store your belongings to the side of the room

  • Please bring warm things for relaxation.

  • You may want to bring your own water bottle with you.

  • The class is also live on zoom. Anyone in the hall will not be on camera, nor will you be able to see the online participants but they will be able to hear the room.
