Embracing Change: Lockdown Yoga

People have been dialling in to practice yoga together from their living rooms, gardens, and spare rooms to experience the benefits of yoga. Online group yoga classes have been a saviour enabling us to stay connected and support our health. Online group classes continue to encourage a routine, structure, and social element to the practice. Throughout lockdown we have created an amazing community of people over the UK, mainly from Gloucestershire, Cardiff, and Northumberland, and some international interest forming.
